What is heuristic?
living is an endless series of choices. Those choices come together and become our day and life. At this moment of choice, we hesitate with limited time and information, and it is heuristic that makes us make judgments quickly. In everyday life, it is usually called "feeling" or "feeling".
When faced with problems, our minds are often very difficult if we want to make the best rational choice. So many people often rely on their own intuition. This can be described as being heuristic. If heuristic works well and makes our lives comfortable, there is no blame, but in the opposite case, there may be things to regret over and over again, so caution is needed.
Heuristic type
Soluble heuristic
Availability refers to what's available right now, so availability heuristics come into play when a person makes a specific judgment with what they already know. This is closely related to post-mortem overconfident polarization among cognitive biases, and in time, events that have occurred these days are better remembered than in the past, which influences judgment.
Adjustment with reference points
When people usually have to make a judgment, they modify it according to the criteria they initially set and then come to a judgment. At this time, the first reference point already established will make it difficult to modify it later and affect the
judgment. In addition to the reference point you first created, it may be due to external influences.
Emotional heuristic
People believe that unlike animals, they make rational judgments with reason, but in fact, humans often make irrational and irrational judgments. It certainly means the same thing to tell a patient in the hospital that he or she has a 20% chance of dying if he or she has surgery and that he or she has an 80% chance of surviving. However, the feeling of approaching the actual patient will be quite different.
